Tracy Hoyt is a complete fraud. Warning to others: do NOT trust her. Her references do not check out and she has left a trail of fraud and deceit over the past few years.

I to have done business with her and she guaranteed me that she will get me the funding request. If she didn't, she would return my retainer in full. Well, just like the rest of you, I have been scammed as well. I hope she dies of a slow death.

Not only does she look like Keith Richards from "The Rolling Stones" she has a drug problem that Trumps his. At one time she had a successful head hunting business in Los Gatos, CA . But apparently not paying the I.R.S finally caught up too her. After loosing her home and cars etc... She turned to a life of crime and drugs . She's a piece of work !!

she did not keep her promises with us. we checked around as best we could and her reputation seemed pretty solid. we sent in our retainer instead if doing as promised, she continued to ask for more and more money. no matter how much we agreed on, we sent it in and she would then ask for more before making the contacts as promised

stay away, she only takes you money

so to recap, we made a written signed agreement for the retainer, we sent in the money, and then she demanded more money to make the connections, and we got no refund when we refused to send more money to her

Warning to all. Tracy runs internet scams under the guise of helping startups. My company contracted her and paid for her "services" and then she dropped off the planet. She changed her cell phone number, moved to a new address, and does not respond to e-mails. The authorities have been contacted in California but they have not been able to find her to serve the papers for the lawsuit I have filed against her. She is on the run and it's funny to see that she is still trying to attract business. I will not give up on locating her as this is a matter of priciple to me. Do NOT do business with her.
