Tracy runs internet scams under the guise of helping startups. My company contracted her and paid for her "services" and then she dropped off the planet. She changed her cell phone number, moved to a new address, and does not respond to e-mails. The authorities have been contacted in California but they have not been able to find her to serve the papers for the lawsuit I have filed against her. She is on the run and it's funny to see that she is still trying to attract business. I will not give up on locating her as this is a matter of priciple to me.
